Its use of an Arabic name on products and marketing to appear Arab has made it one of the best selling Middle Eastern food brands in America. Shams products are sold many Middle Eastern and halal grocery stores. We strongly suggest putting organized community pressure on your local grocer to discontinue carrying Shams.
